TURKEY'S FIRST DOMESTIC MANUFACTURER OF TRIMMER LINES
Turkey’s first domestic manufacturer of trimmer lines, Segoya performed intensive R & D activities since its inception, and started first production in 2012 as a result of these activities.
Trimmer lines produced by Segoya have been laboratory and field-tested in comparison with imported rivals being offered in the market, and it was found that the resistance value is higher than other brands. This feature leads to more durable trimmer lines and provides the opportunity to work longer without breaking the line and the need to change it during the process. Also due to the high resistance value it is suitable for use in both green space landscaping and agriculture.
With over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, Segoya has decided to continue the success it has achieved in trimmer lines with its engineering staff to the trimmer lines and polyester agricultual wires. As of 2017, it has started offering its customers industrial lines used in areas such as leather industry, jewelry industry, telecommunication industry, serigraphic fabrics, heavy industrial fabrics, felt, ribbons, tapes, zippers and filters and also in 2018, has started offering plastic guide wire and plastic welding wire.
